Our business location is at San Vicente, San Manuel, Tarlac near the RUSI. We strongly believed that our propose location is perfect for our business
because the place we chose is very strategic.
Since the location of the business is in the main road, it can be easily seen by the people who pass along the highway and there are other
establishments near to our business area.
The space is enough to comfortably fit for production area and parking lot for our customers and deliveries. We also considered the environment
area of our building which are surrounded of acacia trees.

•Receiving Fabrics and Spreading Form layout and cutting - after the fabrics has been received it is transferred to the spreading and cutting of the
garment.

•Laying of paper pattern helps one to plan the placement of the pattern pieces in a tentative manner.

•Cutting this is the major operation and most decisive because once the fabric has been cut, very little can be done to rectify serious defects.

• Sewing is done after cutting into pieces are banded according to size, color and quantities.

• Checking or quality control procedures operate within a factory will always be a certain percentage of garments rejected for some reason.

•Spot cleaning and laundry in addition to identifying manufacturing defects, employees tasked with performing quality assurance are also looking for
cosmetic flaws, stains or other spots on the garment that may have occurred during the cutting and sewing processes.

•Fusing and pressing creates the foundation and pressing out the final seal of quality on the product.

•Packaging and shipping garments are folded, tagged, sized packaged according to customer specifications.
