AFFIDAVIT OF EASEMENT

I, ROSALINDA D. ABELLON, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of

Dauin, Negros Oriental, after having been sworn in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of a parcel of land located in Dauin, Negros Oriental;

2. That I voluntarily give a permanent easement to the owner of property at the

back/adjacent of my property particularly the property of IAN JACULBE, his
heirs and assigns, to allow him to connect and install electrical wire and pass
through my property;

3. That said easement was to be observed permanently and perpetually as long as

he used it in his electrical connection .
