A. NURSING PROCESS

Nursing proses is systematic , rational method of planning and providing

individualized nursing care. The purposes are to identify a client’s health status and
actual or potential health care problems or needs, to establish plans to meet the identified
needs, and to deliver spesificnursing interventions to meet those needs. The client may be
an individual a family, a community or a group(Kozier& Erb’s, 2016)

C. Nursing Assessment
•Initiating the nurse-patient relationship
1. First interview is the most challenging to conduct Introduce yourself and state name,
position and purpose of the interview
2. Give an estimate of time
3. Ask if the patient has any questions and answer them appropriately
4. Communicate trust and confidentiality
5. Convey competence and professionalism
