Damaged Goods Conmplain Letter
Damaged Goods Conmplain Letter
Lampung
I am writing this letter to tell you that the goods we ordered from the gallery that
you have going through some mischief. On January 10, 2021, we ordered 50 urns.
Unfortunately, 10 urns of that number have been severely damaged. And also we
ordered 50 flower vases 5 of them broken because cardboard used to hold vases and
urns didn't wrap with bubble wrap. Even though we had previously delivered to use
bubble wrap.
When we received the package, our employees had noticed some damage to our
merchandise, but we had to receive and sign without asking the couriers much. And
sure enough, by the time our employees broke through the package, there were
several urns, as well as flower vases. We just thought we'd complain about our
damaged property because of the sloppy packing by the peddler.
Yours sincerely,1

I regret to read from your letter that some of the vases and urns we've sent have
been damaged.
We have sent a replacement for the damaged goods through one of these
expeditions this afternoon. Nor do you need to return damaged goods. Despite the
treatment we received in packing, there have recently been some reports of
damage. To avoid further discomfort to customers, as well as costs to ourselves, we
now seek advice from a packaging consultant in hopes of improving our treatment
methods.
We apologize once again for this, and hope that what we're doing will ensure the
security of all your future orders.
Your sincerely,
Kenzo Lim
