INTRODUCTION
Human resources is one important asset to support company growth. To be able to
compete in business, employees have to be competent in their fields.
We understand your hiring needs for your company. While having competent
employees are vital to your company growth, the process of searching the talent
pool, collecting their data, and selecting candidates consume much time and
resources. We have a large resource of talent pool and provide assessment services
for companies of any size. We deliver comprehensive reports and our recommended
candidates within short time so that your company can focus on your main business.

PURPOSE AND METHODS

Our assessments come in many methods to provide a complete profile of each
candidate. Each assessment is standardized to capturing and serves different
functions of a candidate.
1. Psychological testing
This test is to assess intellectual profile, work attitude and personality of the
candidate. The result of the test will be used as supporting data for
interviews.
2. Competency Based Interview
The interview is to describe both general and specific competencies to match
their position. The interview aims to collect comprehensive information
about a candidate skill.
3. Focus Group Discussion
This assessment is to describe about group dynamic and the interaction of
candidates. The result will be used as supporting data about communication
and teamwork.

Note:
1. Prices may vary based on the complexity of customers’ needs, assessment
processes, and expected reports.
2. Prices are applicable for Jabodetabek area only. Outside Jabodetabek area, all
expenses of transportation and accommodation for assessor during the
assessment and interview sessions will be charged to clients.
3. Recommendation reports will be given to clients in the same day.
4. Narrative report based on below time line:
a. 1-5 persons: max 3-5 workdays
b. 5-10 persons: max 5-7 workdays
c. >10 persons: max 7-15 workdays
5. Another MOU about process, payment, and guarantee, will be written for
Talent Pro Package.
6. Talent Lite, Lentera Pro, and Lentera Lite, DP needs to be paid within 5
working days from the date of assessment and the remaining needs to be
paid within 5 working days after the reports are received.
