1. Send a one45 form to your evaluators
2. If you need to self-isolate (guidelines here), contact your PD/site director to
arrange an alternate educational activity

Tax Slips
It’s that time of the year again! Electronic tax slips are ready on your e-
espresso account.
1. Enter your username (on your MUHC ID card, it’s the first 2
letters of your last name and first 2 letters of your first name and
4 numbers
2. Enter password (same as remote access). If you need help call
48484
3. On the left panel click MUHCAD Domaine
4. Click Tax Slips and download your T4

Help ARM with CaRMS

Yasi is helping MSW to organize CaRMS interview prep for current Med-
4’s. If you’re interested:
• Send an email to msw.mss@mail.mcgill.ca
• Your name, specialty, university, and number of students you’re
willing to help
• You will be matched to students on a one-on-one basis via email
to cater to their needs
