The weather was very sunny. My family and I decided to go camping last
holiday. My father prepared the tent and other equipment. My mother and sisters
prepared the cooking and eating utensils. I took my fishing rod and my brother brought
his ball. When everything was ready, we left for the camping site in countryside.
There were many campers when we arrived at the camping site. Unfortunately

never forget forever. We went to beach in Mentawai. Many people were
there when I arrived.
When we were enjoying the beautiful sunrise, suddenly we were

in a very short period of time.
After that, we saw the water going on into the middle of the sea. No

Durian
Durian is classified as Duriozibethinus. It is native to Southeast Asia. Durian is known as
‘King of Fruits’. It is not only the most expensive fruit but also the most controversial fruit. It
is the only fruit which is banned from airline cabins, hotels and some public transports.
The durian tree is very large and tall. It can grow up to 25-50 meters and it has green
elliptic leaves. A durian tree usually can bear fruit after four or five years. The durian fruit,
which can hang from any branches, matures in about three months after pollination. The fruit
can grow up to 30 centimeters long and 15 centimeters in diameter. The husk is covered with
sharp thorns. The color of the husk ranges from green to brown. The flesh is pale yellow. It is
very soft but not juicy. When it is ripe, it tastes sweet and smells very strong.
Durian contains a lot of sugar, vitamin C, and potassium. Durian is also a good source of
carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Durian is usually eaten fresh. Sometimes it is also cooked to
make ‘dodol’ or jam.

over the world. Volcanoes can be divided into three categories based on volcano form and

This is a traditional French dish adapted by the Creoles of New Orleans. It is sometimes known as
‘Looney soup’.

Method
1. Melt butter slowly.

6. Add chicken stock.
7. Simmer for 3-4 hours.

9. Top each bowl with bread and cheese and place under grill for two minutes, until cheese has

much else to eat. It should be served for 4 to 6 people.
