CI Mid-Term — Aaron Kuhl Alison requires less than 25% supervision with management of all patients. Alison is punctual and dresses
appropriately for the job duties. Alison is able to maintain 90% of therapist caseload with giving feedback to
PTA's and giving feedback to CI. Alison will need to improve on managing conflict as we have had little to this
point and with seeking feedback in areas that may be weak for her.

CI Mid-Term — Aaron Kuhl Alison has numerous strengths including being very timely and organized. She is able to document accurately
and efficiently and communicates with staff well. She also has a friendly demeanor with staff.

CI Mid-Term — Aaron Kuhl She will need to develop with her confidence and ability to quickly choose the interventions that are required
for evaluation and care. She will also cont to benefit from learning about insurance plans and financial
commitments of patient.

2) Considering the rating anchors, what percent of a new graduate caseload is the student capable of managing at this time?
CI Mid-Term — Aaron Kuhl A full caseload is 10 patients for a new graduate and at this time I believe Alison is able to handle 85% of this
load consistently.

Recommendations
CI Mid-Term — Aaron Kuhl Alison learns quickly and is not afraid to ask questions. Her biggest issue is not having the experience yet to
handle situations faster but I have no doubt this will come with practice and cont exposure to patients and
different diagnosis.
