AFFIDAVIT

I, MARILOU POBLETE DE LA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

Palompon, Leyte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say, that:

1. I am one of the VENDEES of a certain parcel of land registered under the name of the
Spouses CESAR C. POBLETE SR. and VIRGINIA C. POBLETE embrace by Tax
Dec. No. 08-31002-00077 (R13) containing an area of 985 square meters more or less
situated in Lincoln St. Central II, Palompon, Leyte;

2. On March 17 2014 we executed a Deed of Absolute Sale together with the other
VENDEES Of the abovementioned Lot notarized by Atty. Dante Luz N. Viacrucis under
Doc. No.6; Page No.2; Book No.VI; Series of 2014 a notary public of Palompon, Leyte

3. It was stated on the Deed of Absolute Sale that the abovementioned which I purchased is
under Lot 384-H and in fact, appearing to the approved subdivision survey of Engineer
Joseph C. Demeterio, the designated lot which I purchased is under Lot# 384-G which is
herein to follow;

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest the veracity of the foregoing facts and whatever
legal purpose it may serves best
