2.1 INTRODUCTION

A research methodology define what are activity of research


is. How to proceed how to perform scientific research. In other words
research methodology is the information for the purpose of decision
making related to identification and solution of problems. The success
of any Research depend on the study thoroughly attempt to follow
Systematic and Scientific approach to undertake the study. This chapter
is considered with presentation of the method and procedures used
ingathering, consolidating and statistically quantifying the information
which served as basic for the establishment other trend of reaction to
topic discussed in this study.

Research is a careful investigation or inquiry specifically


through search for new facts in any branch knowledge. It’s an original
contribution to the existing stock of knowledge making for its
advancements

Research can simply be defined a task of searching form


available data to modify a certain result or theory.

Research methodology is a way to find out the result of a given


problem on a specific matter or problem that is also referred as
research problem. Methodology is used by the research for
solving/searching the given research problem. It includes various step
like selection of problem, literature review, research design, sample
size, techniques of data collection, techniques of data analysis and
reporting. This research is concerned with the Problem faced by
Customer while using E-Banking Services, Basically to study their Needs
and their Problem.

2.3 SIGNIFICANCE.

The Significance of the study is to study the Bank customer’s


Perception towards E-Banking Services provided by bank. In this, the
research is made to study on various Independent variables like
whether they are using E-Banking services before the pandemic or not.
How the E-Banking Help them during the pandemic did it make her life
more smooth during pandemic. Whether they will continue to use E-
Banking after the pandemic is over and they are back to their normal
life. Is now E-Banking is most importance part of banking sector special
during pandemic.

Data is collected from two sources.

1. Primary Sources:

Primary sources given original data, i.e. this first-


hand information collected at the time of research. So it will give more
reliable and accurate result of the research so this source is used by
interviewing the people who has account in bank, uses the E-Banking
services of bank.

Primary Sources of data will be used due to the


following reasons:

As the data collected by primary research is original,


it will give accurate result. Research will collect the data as per the
objectives and also the data collection will be a recent one.

2. Secondary Sources:
Secondary Data include published and
unpublished work done by other. This help in detailed understanding of
the search problem and provide data for future comparison. If there are
some issues related to the study, then those issues could be solved
these sources of data.
Secondary source of data is useful due to
following reasons:-
 It Help to understand some problems and
issues related to the area of the study.
 Secondary data always give base to study.
 It also saves time and efforts of the research.
 It can be used as addition to the primary
Data.
