Major Findings
Cultural Map
After conducting the OLCE survey, the participants were tasked to
name some core values that represent me. Many of these words I
would say accurately portray me as a person, but some of these I was
surprised to here to describe me. These are all extremely positive
words like: Hard work, Dependable and Honesty are all things I
strive to represent. Some of these were remarkably like my self-
assessment. It makes me proud to see that these are things that my
peers think about me.
After reviewing all the data that I have mined from: Surveys, 360
and instructor feedbacks, self-assessments and in class activities. My
goals are to now be more vocal and assertive when interacting with
coworkers. I want to use my knowledge and have more confidence
when in the work environment.

Conclusion
Overall, this self-evaluation has helped me tremendously in
reviewing my professional credibility. This has shown to me that I
was wrong about my PeopleStyle and I am more of on the analytical
side of things. I am a hard worker but need to back myself more in
speaking up and growing my confidence. My biggest cultural map
traits I want and need to work on is evaluating and disagreeing. I
have grown a lot over this past semester, but I want to strive to the
best I can be and use my analytical skills to benefit further.
