I've created this document to provide a comprehensive analysis of the findings of my developing
professional persona. The data collected from Outside Leadership Communication Evaluation Larger Group Smaller Group
(OLCE) surveys is used to make a comparison from my own PeopleStyle. Additionally, external Setting Setting

Analyzing my peoplestyle
As seen in responses in Figure 2, there are divergent responses, which stem from the

The cultural map visualizes the average deviation of survey respondents from my own in eight scales. The
