• Memberikan pengetahuan mengenai cakupan
bisnis serta beberapa aspek aktivitas dari
pengelolaan suatu sistem produksi/operasi.
• Memberikan pemahaman untuk mengelola,
termasuk didalamnya merencanakan,
melaksanakan, mengembangkan dan
mengevaluasi kegiatan produksi/operasi.
• Memberikan pemahaman mengenai metoda
atau tools untuk memonitor, mengukur dan
memperbaiki mutu proses produksi/operasi
• Memberikan pemahaman ruang lingkup/
cakupan operation strategy.
