Amadeus Software Labs: August 2015 – Till date

TPA (Terminal Printer Administration) : TPA OBE application checks LSS permissions defined in two
different "LSS applications" for Printers and terminals. These LSS admins can allocate TPA roles to the
users of their own LSS organizations. (They cannot create permissions).There is permissions and roles
defined in TPA application, with the list of Cryptic Entries that are processed by TPA and protected by
permission:This application allows users to administrate Terminals, Printers and Printer queues for their
own Vendor Code (UVC) or their associated Vendor Codes (AVC).

FnD – Format and Deliver :This middle-ware solution is deployed for Amadeus products where below
functionalities are needed -- Unique interface to format documents in several types such as pdf, html, txt...
etc.Unique interface to deliver documents through several end points/devices/messaging methods such
as printer, mail, fax, SMS, ftp etc. Central solution for all documents generated throughout Amadeus. The
main entities are: Query, Template, Message and Messaging medium.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Creating and executing the scripts through TTS tool.

 Configuring the Scripts and executing from ALM as per the requirement.
 Creating and Running the test scripts through Jenkin scheduler.

A multilingual CMS site i.e LOBLAWS, incorporates with different templates of Adobe Day CQ5  and
customized through Web content management, Digital Asset management, mobile site and applications,
social media and etc. The site enables business users to publish content across channels, configure
different components, teasers  according to their business need along with unified asset management
application that empowers eon to optimize operations, reuse existing assets and maintain brand
consistency regardless of format or location.

End Client: MasterCard-priceless implementation

CQ technology - MasterCard's current advertising campaign tagline is "Priceless". They use the Priceless
description to promote products such as their "priceless travel" site which features deals and offers for
MasterCard holders, and "priceless cities", offers for people in specified locations. We are redesigning the
"priceless cities" site using CQ (a content management system). This site contains details of all the
priceless offers available to MasterCard holders across geo locations.

End Client: Target.com

The Target.com is an E-commerce based American retailing website. It is the second-largest discount

retailer in the United States, Walmart being the largest. I’ve worked on search modularization as the
search engine platform is moving from endeca to WCS.

Responsibilities-

 Done the Data setups for the DLP and SLP pages (i.e. e-spots, CMS banner, RR).
  Integration & Functional testing on production - worked on the functional and integration testing
for the SLP and DLP pages.
 R11 Acceptance criteria - worked on getting the full context over the R11 acceptance criteria and
updated it.
 Automation Test cases - Prepared automation test case Scripts for SLP and DLP pages.
 Preparing Requirement Doc, Test Cases, Traceability Matrix and attending the customer calls.
 Writing test cases referring wireframes and PSD's.

Description: SpryBill supports the processing and billing of different sort of usages like calls, Messages,
Data Transfer, Connect Time, Storage and Internet, etc. Telecom industries can use this software to
process the telephone usage, rate those usages and generate bill statements for the customers. CAS
requires that user should provide enough information about the customer to render a correct bill, in the
format desired. User should get the data for the customers and feed into the system.

Project Title: BriskCRM(Customer Relationship Management): December, 2010 – Nov 2011

 Execute Test Cases to ensure that the application is meeting the functional specifications.
 Validation of application results against the database along with writing /analysing SQL queries.
 Report issues/bugs on the bug tracker system and monitor them till it has been resolved and is
