DIET

 
MEAL #1
5 whole eggs (make sure to buy OMEGA-3 EGGS from the supermarket. They
contain virtually NO saturated fat and tons of good OMEGA-3 fats).

MEAL #2
SHAKE: 45g Whey Protein with 1 1/2 tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter
(no sugar)
 
MEAL #3
8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

MEAL #4
SHAKE: 45g Whey Protein with 1 1/2 tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter
(no sugar added)
 
MEAL #5
8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad with 1 tablespoon of
Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar
 
MEAL #6
SHAKE: 40g Whey with 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole
(Omega-3) eggs and 4 extra whites
 
*****MEAL ORDER IS UNIMPORTANT. ALL MEALS ARE EQUAL.

***ONCE A WEEK, HAVE A CHEAT MEAL (instead of MEAL #6) – try to


make it the last meal of the day
*** You can use sugar-free soy sauce, mustard, and vinegar for condiments.
*** You can drink water, sugar-free drinks (diet soda), coffee, or tea with equal
or splenda
 
SUPPLEMENTS:
 
(1) JUICE PLUS+ (2 pills of the GARDEN BLEND in morning and 2 pills of
the ORCHARD BLEND at night).

as bodybuilders we don’t eat enough fruits and veggies (too much sugar and too

CARDIO:
Start off with 40 minutes 7x per week (either first thing in morning or
immediately after your weight training session). Make sure the intensity is not TOO
HIGH. Keep yourself in the fat-burning zone.

DRUG CYCLES:
WEEK 1-8
1. 250mg testosterone cypionate (or enanthate or Sustanon) every other
day
3. 400mg Deca per week (200mg MONDAY, 200mg FRIDAY
4. Equipoise (Boldenone) 100mg every other day
5. GH: 2IU per day (7 days a week)
6. Clenbuterol: (starting at 12 weeks out) 2 pills/ day (taken separately).
Increase by 1 pill per day every 2 weeks (do not take more than 5 pills
per day)
7. Cytomel: (starting at 10 weeks out) 1 pill per day (25mcg). Increase
by 12.5mcg (1/2 pill) per day every 2 weeks.
8. 1mg (1 pill) Arimidex (every other day) (to reduce estrogen levels)

WEEKS 8-16
1. 800mg Test Propionate per week (200 mg every other day)
2. Trenbolone (50-75mg every other day). (Take the Trenbolone
EVERY DAY for the last 2 weeks)
3. Winstrol (50mg every other day) starting at 8 weeks out. (Take 50mg
every day for the last ten days)/
4. Continue CLENBUTEROL, GH, and CYTOMEL
5. 1mg (1 pill) Arimidex every day (the last 4 weeks)
