6 whole eggs (buy the OMEGA-3 EGGS they sell in the supermarket) with ½ cup
of oatmeal
MEAL 2:
Meal Replacement SHAKE with a liquid carbohydrate drink (such as
GATORAIDE or ½ ULTRAFUEL)—try to get at least 50g carbs
MEAL 3:
½ pound (8oz) of chicken (or turkey or filet of sole or shrimp) with ½ cup
cashew nuts (or almonds or walnuts) with ½ cup RICE
MEAL 4:
Same as MEAL 2
MEAL 5:
½ pound (8oz) of red meat (or salmon or swordfish) with a GREEN salad with ½
tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar with 1 baked potato and/or yam
*** Cook your eggs in MACADAMIA NUT OIL and add a tablespoon to all your

or NATURE’S WAY makes a brand (you can get it at VITAMIN SHOPPE) --
this stuff is going to prove to be the ultimate ANABOLIC NUTRIENT—mark my
words. I wish I sold the stuff.
***ONCE A WEEK, HAVE A CHEAT MEAL (make it the last meal of the day)
*** You can use sugar-free soy sauce, mustard, and vinegar for condiments.
*** You can drink water, sugar-free drinks (diet soda), coffee, or tea with equal
or splenda
SUPPLEMENTS:

WORKOUT:
DAY 1 Chest and Calves
DAY 2 Back

DAY 4 Arms and Forearms

WEEK 1-8**
1. 1000 testosterone cypionate (or enanthate) per week (300mg every
other day)
2. 450mg Equipoise per week (150mg every other day)
3. Growth Hormone (GH): 2-4IU’s per day (every morning upon
waking)
3. Insulin: HUMULIN-R (6IU in morning/ 4IU 5-6 hours later)
4. 1/2mg (1/2 pill) Arimidex (every other day) if necessary
WEEKS 9-16**
1. 1000mg Sustanon-250 per week (250mg every other day; double up on
Saturday)
2. 50mg trenbolone (every other day)
3. Continue GH (4IU per morning), and INSULIN (6IU, 4IU)
4. 1/2mg (1/2 pill) Arimidex (every other day) if necessary
OPTIONAL:
(f) To determine how much IGF-1 is in .10cc (or 1/10th cc), we do the following:
111mcg / 10 = 11mcg per .10cc (or 10 unit marking on insulin syringe)

Total # Weeks: 24 Total IGF-1: 1000mcg (1mg)
**The 2nd and 3rd cycles of IGF-1 treatment require that the two frozen 1cc insulin
syringes be defrosted (only defrost one per cycle). Next, inject the defrosted solution into
an empty bottle. Further dilute with 2cc bacteriostatic water. When adding the 2cc of
water, use the syringe that originally held the frozen IGF-1. This acts to wash the syringe
and ensure that nothing has stuck to the inside of it.
