OFF-SEASON PROGRAM

DIET:
 
MEAL #1
3 whole eggs (use OMEGA-3 EGGS when eating WHOLE EGGS; they sell them
in the supermarket) with 6 extra egg whites with ½ cup oatmeal (equal, stevia, or splenda
for taste)
 
MEAL #2
40g Whey protein with 2 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
 
MEAL #3
6oz chicken with 1/4-cup cashew nuts, or almonds, or walnuts (vary it) with 1/4
cup brown rice.

MEAL #4
40g Whey protein with 2 tablespoons of all natural peanutbutter
 
MEAL #5
6oz salmon, swordfish, Chilean sea bass (fatty fish), or RED MEAT (top round
or filet mignon) with a salad with 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia Nut Oil (you
can purchase this at the Vitamin Shop or online at www.macnutoil.com ) and vinegar
 
MEAL #6
3 whole Omega-3 Eggs with 4 extra whites or another shake (40g whey with 2
tablespoon all natural PB)

 
***ONCE A WEEK, HAVE A CHEAT MEAL (make it the last meal of the day
—MEAL #6)—a REAL cheat meal!
*** SUGAR-FREE METAMUCIL 1-teaspoon 2x per day (fiber supplement)—
important—fiber helps burn fat and keeps the food MOVING through your intestinal
tract.
 
SUPPLEMENTS:
 
(1) JUICE PLUS+ (2 pills of the GARDEN BLEND in morning and 2 pills of
the ORCHARD BLEND at night).

vegetables-- without the sugar. Just four pills provide the equivalent of 12
servings of fruits and vegetables per day. I take it just for the health benefits since
as bodybuilders we don’t eat enough fruits and veggies (too much sugar and too

Plus I feel that it increases my recovery time significantly (lots of phytonutrients).

(7) MSM: 2000mg 2x per day (helps with joint injuries and aids in protein

DRUG CYCLES:

Week 1-8:
(1) 50mg Deca/ week
(2) 1/2cc (25mg) Winstrol MON/WED/FRI
(3) 2IU GH/ day (6 days a week)

Week 9-16:
(1) 15mg Anavar/day
(2) 50mg Primo/ week
(3) 2IU GH/ day (6 days a week)
 

CARDIO:
30 minutes (low intensity) early in the day………. EITHER:

 First thing in the morning (on empty stomach) or


 Immediately after training.

Make sure the intensity level is low—stay in fat-burning zone. No more than 5 days a
week.
