RE: LETTER OF RESIGNATION AS A FARM ADMIN AT EMIDAN FARM

I hereby render my resignation letter today being the 31st of March 2021, effective 1 st April 2021.
After much thinking, I decided to make this decision due to unexpected turn of events. However, I
have absolutely no issue with any of the Emidan Enterprise family members, but the decision I based
purely on a personal reason. I am aware of the financial dues that I owe to the company, and which
to me was not just financing it was indescribable help from the Company. And because of this
reason, if allowed, I would like to settle the dues on commitment basis even if I will no longer be
working at the farm. This is if only the Management Committee will allow me to.

I understand there are some personal items at the farm, but with the current Cessation, I am unable
to travel back to Emidan Farm to pick them. I was kindly requesting to pick these items once the
situation is cooled down.

From the bottom of my heart, I thank the Emidan Fraternity for the opportunity you gave me, I have
surely learnt a lot in matters leadership, management and self-discipline. I have made a lot of
mistakes, which I did willingly or not, and mistakes which I also did thinking that I was doing the right
thing. But from all of them I got lessons and I learnt what to do and what not to do in life. I have also
gained a lot at Emidan, in terms wisdom and helpful skills in life. My children had a favourable new
environment and they too have developed new interests and learnt so many new things which am
sure they will possess in the way ahead. Once again, Thank you.

I wish all the best to Emidan Farm and every Emidan staff as a whole.
