1. A legitimate business institution recognized by the Philippine

authorities, in case of foreign partners, Memorandum of Agreement is
required.

2. Of medium or large scale in scope and capitalization.

3. In operation for a minimum of five (5) years.

4. Willing and committed to provide the students with high quality

learning experiences.

5. Assure the safety of student trainees.

6. Permit the Internship/Practicum Subject Instructor/ Campus OJT

Coordinator/ Department Chairperson and/or Authorized Person to
visit the host training site to meet directly with the Agency Supervisor
and Student Intern (or other appropriate officials) to review he intern’s
progress.

7. Presence of adequate resources and facilities to provide relevant

learning opportunities for student interns.

8. Known to be a reputable Host Training Establishment with excellent

performance and harmonious relationship with the interested parties.
