The Pangasinan State University Institutional Learning Outcomes (PSU ILO) are the qualities that PSUnians must possess. These outcomes are anchored on the

Environmental Responsiveness, and Spirituality – (ACCESS). Anchored on these core values, the PSU graduates are able to:

Course Description:
This course is designed to provide the students the knowledge, skills and values of human resource management towards organizational success. This covers the role,

principles, philosophies and practices of HRM in business and the functions of human resource management such as Job Organization and Information, Acquisition of Human
Resources, Maintenance Function, Development of Human Resource and Research. This also aims to prepare and assist the students for a role in human resources
management in which they will learn the recruitment sources and selection methods, training and development and counseling and on how they can make meaningful
contributions as a strategic partner which can provide a sustainable competitive advantage for the organization.
