PART 2 – JOB INTERVIEW ABOUT YOURSELF

Dear Students.

You are going to have a list of questions that you need to practice for an interview. The
interview has two parts. One is about yourself and the other one is about yourself

Part 1. Answer the questions about yourself.

1. Tell me about yourself.

R= I am someone who really wants to learn new things and improve as a

professional

2. What is your greatest strength?

R= My greatest strength is my ability to work as a team

3. What is your greatest weakness?

R= Being away from home

 4. What makes you unique?

R= My way of speaking and expressing myself in front of people

5. Tell me about something that's not on your resume.

R= My skills of speaking and expressing myself in front of people

6. How will your greatest strength help you perform?

R= I mentalize every day to do things right

7. How do you handle failure?

R= Raising head

8. How do you handle success?

R= Also moving forward

9. Do you consider yourself successful? Why?

R= I consider myself in the process of being successful

10. How do you handle stress and pressure?

R= With active breaks

11. How would you describe yourself?

R= Young man eager to get ahead

12. Describe a typical work week.

R= Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday for the family

R= Yes

R= No

R= I am respectful and helpful

R= Focused on improving each project

R= I try not to

R= I am better at financial matters

21. How do you view yourself? Whom do you compare yourself to?

R= I don't compare myself to anyone, you have to be original in all aspects

22. How does this job fit in with your career aspirations?

R= My career aspirations is to do my electrical work in measurement, welding

and building

23. How many hours a week do you normally work?

R= I am working normaly 7 or 8 hours for day. But, If i can do extra hours I can
do

24. How well do you assimilate into a new environment?

R= I had work in two company, and I did not have nothing problem in assimilate
me to a new environment. So I will use the same qualities and attitude in a new
company

25. How would you adjust to working for a new company?

R= To work in a new company I communicate effectively with many people.

26. How would you describe the pace at which you work?

R= I work in a site competily close

27. How would your co-workers describe your personality?

R= My co-workers said me that I am a person very Respectful, disciplined,

cheerful.

28. How would a professor describe you?

R= My teacher said me that I am a person very happy, motivating and intelligent

29. Is there anything else we should know about you?

R= I am a person who created a proyect with a co-workers about an electric

car, using inverters, regulators, motors and panels, for a competition at the
university

30. What motivates you?

R= My motivation is my family

31. Are you a self-motivator?

R= My self motivator is my mother

32. What do you find are the most difficult decisions to make?

R= The most difficult decisión to make is decide about the créate a new proyect
about automation or finish a project of internal combustion machines with a co-
worker

33. What has been the greatest disappointment in your life?

R= Trust my colleagues

34. What are you passionate about?

R= My passionate is in the mechanic, electric and instrumental systems.

35. What are your hobbies?

R= My hobbies are basketball, gym and play the piano

36. What are your pet peeves?

R= My pet peeves is watching motivational videos and look for solutions to

problems

37. What is your dream job?

R= My dream job is in the company where robots are made

 38. What is the worst thing you've gotten away with?

R= I made a joke on a partner, to conquer a girl

39. What won’t you miss about your last job?

R= The Intensity, schedule changes

40. Would you rather be liked or respected?

R= Respected

41. Why should I take a risk on you?

R= Because I am a person who obeys orders and I assume all responsibilities

42. If you could relive the last ten years of your life, what would you do
differently?

R= I would exercise more, study many more things and having selected a better
job
