Objectives: At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
a. Undertake physical activity and physical fitness assessments;
b. Execute the skills involved in the dance;
c. Monitor periodically one’s progress toward the fitness goals; and
d. Involves oneself in community service through dance activities in the community.

Activity 1: I ACCOMPLISH ( pages 336-338)


A. Personal Social Dancing Program
Directions: Create your personal social dancing program incorporating the FITT principles you
learned from the previous quarter. Complete the form. – Copy table and answer.
B. Directions: Give three benefits of social dancing. Rank the topmost benefit and
explain how this dance gives sense of well-being to performers. Use long bond paper for your answer.

Activity 2: I CREATE (page 338)


 DIRECTIONS: Create a two-minute advocacy video showing the importance of social dancing. This
video can be used as a tool to encourage everyone to participate in dancing even at home. Include the
following in your video:
 short background of social distancing
 importance and benefits of social distancing in all age groups
(The output must be saved in the USB or send it to my email account rapyaileen@gmail.com or fb messenger).
