Content Standard:
The learner demonstrates understanding of guidelines and principles in
exercise program design to achieve personal fitness.
Performance Standard:
The learner modifies the individualized exercise program to achieve personal
fitness.
I. Objectives:
At the end of 60 minutes discussion, 100% of the leaners are expected to:
a. identifies the different festival dance in the country;
b. draws an example of moriones mask; and
c. share the importance of festival dance through writing a reflection

- Teacher will ask a volunteer from the students to discuss briefly the topic last
session.

Directions: Mention the name of festival dance in your town/community and write
a 5-sentence paragraph about the importance of it. If everybody is done, there will
be a random sharing of reflection to the class.

- the teacher will give the brief information on the importance of the festival dance in
the country.

The teacher will give 2 different pictures in each group, the learners will then
follow the exercise shown in the pictures.
