program design to achieve personal fitness.

The learner modifies the individualized exercise program to achieve personal
fitness.
C. Learning Competency/s:
 Describes the nature and background of the dance (PE7RDIVc-1)

Specific Objectives: At the end of the lesson, the learners are expected to:
1. Describe the nature and origin of the festival dance;
2. Classify the festivals in the country through a table organizer; and
3. Show awareness how festivals improve one’s fitness.
