    Re: Invitation to this year’s conference

    Dear sales managers,


    I am writing to invite you to attend this year’s conference. It will be held on 22-25
    March 2021.

    The purposes of the conference are:


    a. To define a plan to improve the quality of products and services of our
    company.
    b. To discuss our further cooperation.
    c. To spend time together and get to know each other better.

    The conference will be held at Bamboo Conference Centre, Macau (south-east


    China). The location of this hotel is the city center, 40 minutes from airport. The
    hotel has a shuttle service, taxis and buses.

    The hotel has conference room, eight meeting rooms and luxurious bedrooms with
    satellite television and free mini bar. During the conference, you can also enjoy your
    leisure time to play casinos, have fun in night clubs and visit shopping mall (which
    located five minutes from hotel). You can also enjoy various menu of chef James Lee
    offers Cantonese cuisine.

    You are expected to come to the venue one day before the opening day of the
    conference. Check in time begins on 21 March 2021 at 1 p.m.
