COMPLETE DIALOGUES:

“Isn’t this, like, illegal?”

“Probably”

“I have a feeling we should kiss?”

“Is that a good feeling or a bad feeling?”

“Bite me.”

“Eat me.”

“Kiss my ass.”

“You know I have a plan, right?”

“I feel sorry for you”

“Well, I don’t think about you at all”

“Hey, what you did there ain’t fair”

“Who’s complaining?”

“You are.”

“I just wanted to see if you were paying attention”

“We need a plan.”

“Right! OK. You get down there and stall them, while I come up with a plan.@

“How do I do that?”

“Just ramble on like you always do.”

“What? I don’t ramble on. I mean I talk good, but I don’t ramble. People who ramble go on
and on about nothing at all, but I know how to stick to a subject. You know that one time I
talked your ear off was just an accident. I’d had too much coffee that morning, but I don’t
ramble. People who ramble go on and on about things, but I don’t ramble.”

“Will you shut up and get going?

“Will you please tell me why you’re here?”

“Amnesia?”

“Uh uh.”

“Sleepwalking?”

“Uh uh.”

“Well I’m open to suggestions.”

“I can’t lose you too!”

“Why? Look at me. WHY?”

“You know why. It’s over. I’m in love with you. You win so… don’t leave. Please, stay with
me.”

“Is it still murder if I give them a heads up?”

“That’s called a threat”

“Damn”

“I really hate this guy.”

“That’s a photo of me.”

“Well, I can scratch that off my bucket list.”

“Who puts getting arrested on their bucket list?”

“Can I please burn this place to the ground?”

“Seeing as it’s a castle made of stone, I don’t think fire is going to do much damage.”

“But trying will make me feel better”

“How dare you! I… I trusted you”

“Sweet, naive little boy. Trust is for children. You are a soldier.”

“Go on. Ask me out. Don’t be shy.”

“Okay. Go out.”

WHOLE SCENARIOS I WANT:

#1

Being unexpectedly cornered by a character. They tilt your chin up to make you meet their
intense gaze as they press forward against you, lean in so close you can feel their hot breath
on your ear, and purr

“Do you have any idea what I want to do to you?”

#2
“I never meant as much to you as you meant to me” I said to him, my voice coming out breathlessly at the
end as I glanced up at him, feeling my eyes burn with tears I hoped wouldn’t fall, “And I knew it would
eventually come here, but I couldn’t stop.”

#3

His blue eyes had more darkness than any brown eyes I had ever seen before.

#4

But he had eyes like rain and hair like waves and a soul as vast and deep as the ocean. And I guess I didn;t
mind drowning in him.

#5

She doesn’t love me.

She’s not that stupid.

#6

He wears the smell of blood and death like a prefume.

#7

I never had a chance to be soft. I was always bloody knuckles and shards of glass. I wanted people to be
afraid of me.

#8

She wasn’t just pretty. She was otherworldly and vaguely threatening.

#9

Heavy is the crown and yet she wears it as if it were a feather. Ther is strength in her heart, determination
in her eyes and the will to survive resides within her soul.

#10

Divinity will stain your fingers and mouth like a pomegrante. It will swallow you whole and spit you out,
wine-dark and wanting. You will reach for it again and again, freedy human fingers clutching at everything
you can reach. The divine will curl it’s way through your veins and take you over, and it will not leave you
quietly. I feel divinity in my bones like aching; like fire.
#11

“It’s alright” she gave him a small smile. “Saving me was never your job anyway.”

#12

“He loved you”.

She nodded, “Yes, he did. But he didn’t love himself. He saw himself as a bad guy, a guy who
destroyed the good and ruined everything in his path. So, he forced himself to do just that. To
ruin us, destroy what we had.”

“Would you go back?”

“Yes.” Because as sick as it was, even if he chose to break her again, she would do anything to
have him one more time.

#13

“You have to let me in.” her hands ran up his arms. “I want this. I want you, but I won’t let you
shut me out. If you do, we don’t stand a chance of surviving.”

He tried to turn his head away, “I’m a monster, why can’t you see that?”

“Because you have never been a monter to me. You have always been a man. A man that has
taken care of me and always made sure I was safe.” His ody was tensing up and she was afraid
she had pushed too far. She turned to walk away, but he grabbed her wrist, pulling her close to
him.

“I love you.” he whispered into her hair, breathing in her scent and letting it calm him.

#14

They were looking, but I didn’t care. I ran to him anyway.

#15

She stared down at his blood covered hands in horror. “What did you do?!” The masked man
then smirked. “Oh I didn’t do anything. This was all you.”

#16

“The crown is my birthright. It’s mine by blood.”

“Blood? I’ve bled for this kingdom for years. Every scar I have, every hole in my heart comes
from protecting this kingdom. So don’t talk to me about blood.”

“Are you implying that you want the crown?”

“No, I don’t want it. All I want- all I’ve ever wanted- is for my sacrifices to be worth it. So take
the crown. It’s yours. But a word of warning: if you fail this kingdom, I will slit your throat. And
then, the blood debt will be paid.”

#17
It was time. She strung her bow and nocked a single arrow. Down below, in the ravine, was the
enemy camp, preparing to march on their borders. With practiced aim she fired a flaming
arrow at the main tent. Then she turned and slipped away in the darkness.

#18

He has dark grey hair and grey eyes. There is a piercing on his face. He was born to an insane
mother and unknown father at a border outpost. He was taught to hold a sword when young.
He enjoys dancing, is forgetful and intellectual.

#19

Out of the ashes rose a man. Of course, not quickly. The ragged inhale of breath only led
coughing. Dirt and soot streaked across his face and uniform, the air thick with ash. Eyes
fluttering, he slowly came to awareness, watching the fire dance around the forest, making
puppets of the shadows.

#20

“This? These tears? They are not a weakness Avery. They show how strong you are and how
strong you’ve been. And when you’re done, look back and know that you were strong enough
to overcome what you once thought to be impossible.” he said while caressing the crying girl’s
face.

Avery sighed. “Easy for you to say…” She got up and wiped her face. “I’m new to this whole
life, you were born into it.”
