with community empowerment, especially

until April 2018.
Therefore, after KIAT Guru Program activities,

1. Implement and report directly to the Regional Executive Director in terms of
program achievement.
2. Planning, managing the process and all activities of the Waria (Trans Gender)
Pillar Social Inclusion Program.
3. Provide technical guidance to CBO partners and PKBI Central Kalimantan
partners who are involved in implementing the program in the field
4. Coordinate with the finance officer of the Waria (Trans Gender) Social Inclusion
Care Program in the settlement of financial accountability for all activities.
5. Ensure the smooth running and achievement of program indicators according to
the program time line.
6. Ensure all program recording and reporting are timely in accordance with the
predetermined reporting time vulnerabilities.

1. Carry out activities related to the local community (sustainable livelihood
development) in the community empowerment program in the Rungan River
Conservation area, including developing, planning, implementing and reporting
activities and supervising other people who carry out these activities.
2. Collecting data related to program activities including the implementation of
field activities, and storing data into an appropriate database so that it
contributes to internal and external reporting.
3. Report on the effective internal administration and management of community
development activities, including keeping accurate records of project financial
expenditures and sending reports to the BNF finance team every month

1. Facilitating community involvement by, among others; facilitate initial meetings,
regular monthly meetings and service agreement amendment meetings
according to predetermined targets and ensure the involvement of volunteers /
wati in each village in the implementation of the KIAT Guru pilot.
2. Facilitating service providers, service users, village government, sub-district
government and related stakeholders to improve basic education services in the
village by using existing resources in the village and in the sub-district.
