while also creating more equitable discipline
outcomes and strengthening positive school

is based on a strong Tier 1 foundation, which
includes Universal instruction of a continuum of
RP
● Collaboration between RP program experts &

● The work of tiered RP is directly connected to &
aligned with the other bodies of work in PSD that
are focused on equitable & anti-racist practices,
policies, & anti-oppressive systemic change
● Full system change is a 3-5 year process, and
research & past experience tell us that for it to
be effective and equitable across our entire
district, this work must be done with the benefit
of consistent implementation
