conducting Internship` start from 17th July until 21st December 2020 in PT. Mega Technology
Batam. This report based on data and knowledge obtained by the writer during the Industrial
Work Practices. The writer realizes that in the preparation of this report there are a lot of
mistakes in both content and way of writing, that is why the writer expect criticism and
suggestion from a reader for the improvement of this report for the foreseeable future,

PVC Injection
An Injection molding machine, or (Injection molding machine BrE), also known as an
injection press, is a machine for manufacturing plastic products by the injection molding
process. It consists of two main parts, an injection unit and a clamping unit.

Operational Concept
 Operational concept of machine are heating PVC liquid using heater and floated
through screw barrel and cylinder the injecting into mold.

Process
1. First, the operator inserts the PVC liquid into the engine tank. Before the engine is
modified, the operator must climb the stairs to reach the tank.

2. Operator must set the machine before use.

3. Operator prepared the mold to be used. The mold must be filled with a

hook first.

4. After that, placed the mold near the engine nozzle. Wait for a minutes. Then, remove
the fish from the mold and put in the water.
