We at Apni Academy have always been keen to work hard and work better for our people. The work 
environment here is similar to any regular office full of hard working yet very frank colleagues to make 
the workplace a better space to be in. And this is what reflects in our legacy of working as a unit towards 
the next successful step we are to make one after the other. 
 
That's why we (Apni Academy) is now open for collaborations with small tution /coaching ventures 
from all over India to join us and become the part of our fast growing family! In the very beginning of this 
company, we had a vision of taking everyone together , stronger with us. And we believe that the right 
time to do this is now!  
 
We are inviting you to come join us and give us this opportunity to make this collaboration the best ever 
decision we could have ever made! This collaboration would result in the exponential growth of both of 
our sides. The quality of education improvement that we are offering is worth every penny that we are 
ready to spend for this development.  
 
This document of agreement contains all the information and figures that we want you to know.  
  
How is this collaboration promising :  
 
1. Making your educational institution fully offline and classroom independent. 
2. A more organized and scheduled study space for your(our) students. 
3. Massive opportunities for students as well as teachers to be the face of something big from the 
comfort of their own workspace. 
4. If this collaboration is successful, we will get a new partner in your face and your institution will 
get all the benefits from Apni Academy that will result in the exponential growth in quality, 
reputation and number of enrollments.

their desires on the first step never seem so confident about pursuing the next one.

Every smart person know that good habbits are not the only boon of having a good cirle of 
people, instead competitive progress is greater good. And with All India Level tests and 
rankings, no one could stop a child from performing for its own will. 
 
•Rewards on each milestone. 
We provide rewards to the institute and our students as well for their milestones, even if it's 
a small one. Not because we want to keep them attracted to our name, but instead of the 
short term greater effect it have on them. What child would not try performing good if he 
gets special gifts, merchandise, next month's fee waiver and cash prizes ? 
 
•Financial Support on merit based. 
Institute of the year will get ₹1,00,000 cash reward [Ranking will be aggregate of all the 
offline institutes collaborated with APNI ACADEMY]. 
 
•Our Complete support in making you the type of institution that you wish to be and we want you 
to be!

II. What's that special that we have for Students? 
 
Our students are always the top priority for us. No institution can run without having a 
good base of students and those students deserve to be the supreme power and influence of 
how we function. All throughout the academic year, our main priority is always providing 
our students that would take them towards success. And all through the academic session, 
our schedule and events are organised in such a way that we can bring out the best out of a 
student!  
Let's take a look about some of the rules that we have made to serve our students: 
 
•​All India Weekly and monthly tests  
The top rankers and high improvers will get merchandise, cash prizes and featuring at the 
top of all our apps and websites. This will not only make them wanting more for success in 
all those tests but will develop the most important factor (consistency) in all of the students 
that would be the placing stone for them to have a better future ahead. 
 
•​Term mock series for school exams and boards ​with exciting rewards for them to keep them 
going through all that hard work so they can hustle harder in future. 
 
•​Special price waiver of our students for the odigia sessions.  
Many times a month, toppers of various government exams, specialised professionals like 
expert teachers , reputed doctors, engineers , (etc) come on our platform to guide each and 
every of student individually and personally at a price cheaper than of a meal a time. And 
the students of our partner institutions will get this opportunity at a discounted fee of 10% 
off in every session they take.  
 
•Annual Gem search by Apni Academy  
The student with the most impressive score in the " Gem Search Exam " will get a cash price

As we mentioned earlier in this agreement, our vision is to take everyone ahead, stronger
with us! Teachers are the kings in this kingdom of education, yet they rarely get any
opportunities for making it big for them individually! Whenever an education company
comes up with any new plans, they are mostly about them , or their clients, and noone ever
takes into account of the hard work and enthusiasm a teacher shows towards his/her work.
Apni Academy is all about growth, opportunities and success for everyone, specially about
our educators.

If you are working with us , it's not a new thing to be recognised by every Apni Academy

•Teachers get their own portal on the app.

Every teacher gets his/her own portal on the Apni Academy app where he can interact with
his students, his fellow teachers and even with the teachers of other partner institutes.

   

We want you to know that we plan to create the best out of this collaboration, and the best 
can't be achieved without doing our best. So we are giving you our best for sure, and in

III. What contributions you will have in this project? 
 
 
We will never have any unreasonable or unnecessary demand. There would be few smaller 
things that we want your institutions to do for the project. 
All our requests would be solely based on how that would be contributing to your growth 
and how it will be enriching this collaboration. 
These demands that we have are simple and be providing in our growth together: 
 
•​Hoarding/Banner​ ​of Apni Academy. 
This is the most crucial thing for us as the only thing that we are getting from this 
collaboration is BRANDING. That brand creates all the difference between a regular 
coaching institute and an Apni Academy institution. We don't want you to change the 
name of your coaching, just a slight modification on the hoardings of your institution will 
do the work. It will contain Apni Academy name and logo along side the name of your 
coaching institute.  
 
•​Your full cooperation with the branding, including the hoardings.  
There's nothing more that we wish as an infrastructural change .  
 
•​Every old and new student that enrolls in the coaching is required to have registered in the your 
app that we will create and provide you. 
 
•Your coaching's active participation would be mandatory in all the events and mocks,tests, 
schedules and other sessions that we create for you.  
 
•The staff would require to wear the Apni Academy jersey/uniform/tshirt on certain occasions. 
 
 
And that's all we want!  
 
Note - All the infrastructural change that we mentioned would be sponsored by Apni 
Academy and your institute doesn't have to pay a single penny for anything. 
 
Again we will revise a statement from early part of this document, "Apni Academy don't 
wish/want any share/ownership rights over your institution, nor we have any demands 
that will challenge your decision of favouring the collaboration." 
 
The whole motive of this collab will be the growth of quality of education & reputation of 
the institution that will give us the byproduct of numbers and figures.

 ​MISCELLANEOUS
• This Agreement may not be released, discharged, supplemented, interpreted, amended,
varied or
modified in any manner except in writing signed by a duly authorized officer or representative of
each
of the Parties hereto.
•. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all
previous
agreements and all previous undertakings, representations, warranties and conditions made or
given
by or on behalf of either Party to the other, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement,
whether oral
or written, express or implied.
•This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which taken together
and
when delivered to the Parties hereto shall constitute one and the same document. Either Party
may
enter into this Agreement by executing any such counterpart.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly
authorized
representatives on the dates set out below.
