Ns. Zizah : now about visiting time. The visit time are twice a day, in the morning
and afternoon.

you’ll be fine after receiving treatment here

Ns. Zizah : okay, I’m going to take your vital signs.

Ns. Zizah : I’ll take your blood pressure

Pt : much better
Ns. Zizah : it’s time for breakfast and I bring your breakfast

Ns. Zizah : You have spinach rice topped with meat soup
Pt : hm, looks delicious. How about the drink and fruit?
Ns.Zizah : You got a glass of milk and banana this morning

give medicines)

Pt : what medicines?
Ns. Zizah : you get medicines for your cough and antibiotics.
Pt : are they tablets or caplets?
Ns. Zizah : your medicines are tablet
Pt : okay, can you get a bottle of water in my desk?
Ns. Zizah : I can.
Pt : thank you very much. By the way how about medicine for my dizzy?

Ns. Zizah : after this I will come here to give your medicine for your dizzy.

Ns. Zizah : There are 3 drugs. The first for dizziness, the second for vitamins and
the third for your heat.
Pt : oke nurse, go ahead
Ns. Zizah : it’s finish. Now you can rest again
Pt : thank you nurse, I will to take a nap

(This morning, Ns. Zizah does shift transfer to Ns. Riri)
Ns. Zizah : morning Ns. Riri, how are you?
Ns. Riri : morning Ns. Zizah. I’m fine, how about you?
Ns. Zizah : very good. Ready to handover?
Ns. Riri : sure, I’m ready now
Ns. Zizah : in room Mawar 07 we have a patient, his name is Ria Ratna Sari. He’s
twenty ssix years old. His date of birth 01 may 1993.
Ns. Riri : what is his problem?
Ns. Zizah : she was dizzy, hot she felt and her cough was bothersome
Ns. Riri : what medication for him? Any oral medication or inject?
Ns. Zizah : Oral medicine for coughs, antibiotics, then injections of drugs for
dizziness, fever and vitamins.
Ns. Rara : hm okay, how about his allergy?

Ns. Zizah : He's got an allergy, he's allergic to shrimp. Any question again? Just

Ns. Zizah : all your vital signs are normal. I need to inform you some issues before
leaving

Ns. Zizah : first, about the medication. You need to finish these medicines at home.
