2. Based on readings from the book or from personal experiences or both, which do you think
are the most important PST skills?

I think the most important PST skill is the mental skills of an athletes. This skill is so important
because it can make more break not only a game but a career. Me as a coach have seen
athletes not reach their full potential because they are already in their head. This is why think it
is so important to have a mental health professional on your team.
