The  information  below  is  a  synopsis  of  what  you  need  to  
include  with  your  application  

FEES  Each  application  must  be  accompanied  by  two  (2)  checks,  
made  payable  to  Bakersville  Creek  Walk  Art  Festival  (BCWAF).

HOURS   checks  include  the  $75.00  entry  fee  and  $10.00  non-­‐refundable  
10am  –  5pm   application  fee.  Entry  fees  will  be  refunded  if  the  exhibitor  is  not  
accepted.  
IMAGES  Each  applicant  must  submit    four  (4)  color  images  on  CD  or  DVD.  One  (1)  must  clearly  
depict  your  display,  including  tent,  three  (3)  must  show  a  clear  representation  of  your  art  or  craft  
to  be  displayed.  Each  CD  or  DVD  and  image  file  name  must  have  the  applicant's  name.  
Please  format  the  filename  as  follows  "LastName_Title.jpg."  Please  remember  that  image  quality  
is  very  important;  digital  images  should  be  in  .jpg  or  .pdf  format,  with  a  resolution  of  300  dpi  and  
a  maximum  size  of  1800  pixels  in  height  or  width.    Decisions  of  the  jury  are  final.

rules and instructions of the Bakersville Creekwalk Art Festivl Committee.
GENERAL RELEASE: By signing below, applicant hereby certifies that he/she has read and accepts the
