In the reference read above, the President & Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Non-
Gazetted Officer's Association, West Godavari District Branch, Eluru have filed a
representation stating that, on the eve of International Women's Day on 08.03.2021,
the A.P. NGO Association desires to conduct sports/games to women employees in the
District on 27.02.2021 at Irrigation Office compound, Eluru and requested for grant of
leave to the women employees who participate in sports on 27.02.2021.

In view of the above, all the HODs in the District are permitted to grant Special
the games/sports on 27.02.2021
