List of Supporting Documents to be produced by parents at the
time of admission
1. List of self attested photocopies of supporting documents to be given
by parents along with the completed Registration Form.

2. Originals to be produced by parents at the time of admission.

3. Date of Birth Certificate of child.

4. Proof of residence (Voter Identity Card / Ration Card/Domicile/Aadhar

Card/ Electricity bill)

5. Proof of Sibling (if applicable) – a fee receipt of fourth quarter.

6. Four Passport size photos of mother, father and child.

NOTE: If any discrepancy is found at the later stage after child has been
admitted, then his/her admission will stand cancelled and suitable action
will be taken as per the law of the land.
