Q: World view (If resource is scare, universe method, humanity is
not in the organization, and social welfare couldn’t provide) then
how human works in the firm?
Concept of GOD:
If organization deal with lack of facilities there is no concept of GOD and Muslims works in the
firm there are every time disturbance here and no body work properly because Muslims are believers of
Allah and he/she work at that place where the top managers and CEO says that there is no concept of
God human didn’t relax their minds and no satisfaction are here.

Resources are limited:

In the firm the resources are limited and no freedom of invent new ideas then humans do the
same pattern no entrainment no inventions every day same work same place, So humans are disturbed
and minds are confused that what they do daily same pattern job, they couldn’t do their work properly
everybody feel stress and not work with intrinsic motivation. Because lack of facilities destroyed and
firm falling down.

Humanity:
In the firms and also in daily life there is no humanity in the firm in the society, then every
employee or everybody kills others and not do their there they are psychological disturbed because no
body satisfied every person kills other peer ideas and selfish with other.

Social welfare:
Social welfare means that helping other person or helping with peers. If lack of facilities of
welfare nobody satisfied and no social activities and same thinking ( no ideas, no approach with
management, lack of facilities ) then peoples not work in that scenario.

Q: And the same situation is opposite?

Concept of GOD:
In the firm the Concept of GOD is clear and everybody bow down at the front of Allah minds are
satisfied but at the same time some Muslims are not do their jobs perfectly because they go for recite
prayers and cash the time and go back to their works its inner satisfaction are destroyed.

Resources are unlimited:

 If resources are unlimited, then some peoples do their work properly (not everybody)
happiness and satisfaction is not buy they developed by everybody with internally resources are
unlimited some body use the resources at the wrong palace somebody used the resources personally
not in development of firm. For example in Pakistan in the govt. firm there are no dependence of
resources but every person used and cash these resources in his/him pockets bribe and corruption in
the projects are unlimited.

Humanity:
In the firm the humanity are available then mind are satisfied but not everybody are satisfied
because happiness and inner satisfaction in our own mind phenomena no other person satisfied our
minds it is internal motivation that how we better in the life.

Welfare:
Social welfare and helping other body satisfied our mind helping with peers and helping with firm or
organization makes our moods and internal satisfaction.

Conclusion: In both cases the relaxation of mind is internally not everybody buy satisfaction not the
firm filled human satisfaction because humans wants are unlimited and that time everybody compete
others body not humans thinks that what they do, every body say how they do, not personally better
their selves.
