In this video, it tells how we can focus more on something, it turns out that
we waste a lot of time from whatever it is that is a cellphone, we can focus more
but there must be one thing that is removed, namely cellphones, we only do this for
30 minutes every day is maximal, and what happens after he notices that there are
3 strange things that start to happen, the first of which his attention span increases
can focus on many things, it is difficult, but much easier we come from now, the
second he has more ideas, the third has more plans, and thoughts about the future.
with one simple tool we can get these 3 effects.
How does technology affect our attention and our ability to focus?
Attention to the attention we have is how we pay attention to the world around us,
and whatever control we have to focus. It turns out that when we work at a
computer, especially when our cellphones are close, we can focus on one thing for
only 40 seconds before we move on to doing this. After we measure us, then we
are counting we don't care, but we don't care because we don't care, our brains are
too stimulated, it's because we crave distraction from the start. Our mind takes
about 8 days to calm down and rest. we can focus easily if we are not distracted by
the less. there is a quote that says "not everyone wonders is gone" _J. R. R.
Tolkien, in line with our focus if you think of an idea that comes to your mind, you
rarely focus on something. to create ideas will never come true if you are looking
for something in other things, on our mobile for example.
When we pay attention to our attention when we go out, we will choose the
past, we will choose the past, and we will choose the future. Now that he's done his
research, we need to make two fundamental changes to the way we remember us,
we need to adapt more, we need more space. Our work and life are the same, we
like distraction as the enemy, but open it up, it is a symptom of why we find it
difficult to focus, it is a fact that our mind is overly stimulated.
Opinion about the video
I think after watching this video, there are lots of lessons to be learned,
especially in terms of how our brains focus on something, and can generate good
ideas, make plans for the present and future, without having to waste a lot of time.
which I prefer, the speaker here challenges the audience to practice our focus. so
that it makes me interested to follow it. and I noticed that this speaker uses a very
good intonation, then his body movements are also good, then interspersed with
funny stories, so that the audience does not feel bored seeing and listening to him,
because indeed the delivery is very good. however, there are some discussions that
are difficult to understand. the point is this video really motivates me to be focused
again on something.
