GRADE 9 LEVEL INTEGRATIVE ASSESSMENT


Merged Performance Standards
In lieu of the current hobby of most of the people during this period,
create/Craft a pot/ plant holder design based on your chosen plant.
The students will showcase different skills, such as creativity,
dexterity, decision- making, mathematical skills, etc. in completing
the assigned product.
GOAL: Small group (4 members) or individual output _craft/
create an innovative design of pot/ plant holder made of wood to
remedy the issue with regards to the area. Create a short video
showing the process of making your output.
ROLE: You are a handicraft designer/ carpenter who is trying to find
designs to maximize the space in one’s garden. Present your output in
a short video.
AUDIENCE: This product is for the people are currently expressing
interest/love with plants.
SITUATION: Small group (4 members) or individual output.
You are only allowed to use wood or bamboo and any light
materials. The pot/ plant holder should go along with the type of
plants you will choose to put into it. A project plan / blueprint
explaining the reasoning and details should be submitted along with
it. Create a short video showing the process of making your
output.
PRODUCT, PERFORMANCE and PURPOSE: the pot/ plant
holder and the project plan/ blueprint and the short video.

INSTRUCTIONS:
You should submit three (the pot, the project plan,
and the short video). The pot/ plant holder will be
submitted to the adviser and make sure to send video
to ALL YOUR SUBJECT TEACHERS.
