1. Purpose
This Inspection Specification is to apply for Inpstector NACE level 2 who performs the
inspection painting service for Nghi Son 2 Project.
This is Inspector NACE 2 job for Nghi Son 2 Project
2. Outline of Service
2.1. Contract term, Working time and Human resources
- The term of the contract is from 05.Nov.2020 to 13.Nov.2020
- 1(one) NACE 2 - inspector shall be dispatched at Nghi Son 2 site full time inspection
and discuss with WPS/ NS2PC ( Owner ).
- Working time of inspector shall follow Nghi Son 2 site working time ( from Monday to
friday, 8 hour/day ). Overtime shall be accounted 200% price of working time and
Overtime sheet and plan shall be submitted to Doosan Vina for approval.
2.2. Scope of services:
- Performance Pre-inspection meeting with WPS/NS2PC ( Owner )
- Understanding about all of code & standard which is relate to service/ product scope
- NACE-2 Inspector shall performance inspection & review results of inspection and
explain to NS2PC (Owner) following standard, code or recommendation of Painting.
- On behalf of Doosan Vina QC inspector, NACE-2 Inspector shall explain inspection
results to NS2PC (Owner) and instruct for painting work repair.
2.3.Responsibility
- Supplier (Indicated) shall designate its representative(s) to dispatch to Nghi Son 2 site,
Who achieved certificate NACE level 2 for completion this task.
- When Owner issue for painting problems, NACE-2 Inspector responsibility for closing
the issue.
- NACE-2 have responsibity for control & inspection the Painting repair work and report
to Owner & Doosan Vina ( if request ) for close the issue from NS2PC ( Owner ).
- NACE-2 shall be summarized & controlled issue to report DSVN (if DSVN request).
3. Qualification of Inspection and Submission of certificates
3.1 Third party inspector shall be graduated from university in their scope.
3.2 NACE-2 Ispector shall be qualified/certified and submitted to Doosan QC for approval
before starting job as the below requirements
- NACE-2 Inspector have to be obtained NACE Level 2 Certificate .
 3.3 NACE-2 Inspector shall be experienced at least 3 year since obtained NACE Level 2
certificate.
3.4 Third party Inspector shall have the ability for English skill for writing, reading, speaking
for good communication.
3.5 Third party Inspector shall have the responsibility to close all comment or issue from
NS2PC ( Owner )
3.6 Third party Inspector shall be dispatched after the confirmation of NACE 2 Inspector
resume by Doosan Vina QC.
4. Security
4.1. Submission for Protocol of Security
The supplier shall submit the protocol of security to prevent reveal of secret and to return
document to Doosan VINA, before starting service.
4.2. Prohibition of reveal
The supplier shall not forward or supply any data or result relating inspection service to
others or outer without permission of Doosan VINA. And it is needed to make a security
measure. Besides if the supplier does not follow obligation so that any loss for security can
affect to Doosan VINA, the supplier has all responsibility for those.
5. Termination of this contract
5.1. In case of counterfeit in the document of qualification on this MPS required.
5.2. In case the supplier permits defamation of character to Doosan VINA or public criticism
when inspection service.
5.3. In case of the supplier be sentenced to cancellation or stop of business lenience as violating
relevant law.
