be distributed to the nearby areas to North Nazimabad. Lastly, w would be running our own
Instagram page, where we would be uploading some part of our yoga videos to the general
public so that they can get a gist of what they would be availing through that Rs.500 note!

Doctor’s recommendation is a must whenever you are doing an exercise, before exercise and
after exercise at both instances one needs consultation with the doctor, for example, let’s say if
a person is having a pain in his lower back, it maybe because he didn’t sleep in proper position
or he did not do the exercise in the recommended posture, so a doctor must be there with the
person to help him relieve his problems. For this, we have decided to make a WhatsApp group,
where all the people using the services would be added, and the doctor would be available
almost all the time for the people, and if he faces any problem, the doctor would solve his
problem instantaneously thereby providing a quick and efficient customer service, which is
essential especially when you are providing service-based products.
