1.) Acted as team leader and applicant in the successful implementation of Search
Warrant issued by Judge Rosario Ester B. Orda-Caise, Presiding Judge, Branch 234,
RTC, Makati City against Jose Samala for Violation of R.A. 10591 (Comprehensive
Firearms and Ammunitions Regulations Act) on July 26, 2019. The implementation of
the SW resulted in the confiscation of unlicensed firearm:
Suspect Jose Samala was charged for Violation of R.A. 10591 at the Makati City
Prosecutors Office and pending Court Trial at Branch 63, RTC, Makati City.

The NCRPO issued a Medalya ng Kagalingan for the above laudable
accomplishment.
2.) Led the successful police and rescue operation for Human Trafficking on
October 8, 2020 located at Maxx Hotel, Barangay Poblacion, Makati City.
The said police and rescue operations resulted in the arrest of two (2) Chinese
national and filing of criminal case against them for Violation of R.A. 9208, as
amended by R.A. 10364 before the Makati City Prosecutors Office with NO BAIL
recommended. Thirty-five (35) Chinese and Vietnamese female victims of
trafficking were rescued and turned over to Makati Social Welfare and
Development.
For information, two (2) Chinese National attempted to bribe the undersi54r
gned in the amount of One Million Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 1, 700, 000) in
exchange for not filing of the case against the owner of the prostitution den. Both
suspects were arrested on the spot and charged for Corruption of Public Officials
at the Makati City Prosecutors Office.
The NCRPO also issued an award for Medalya ng Papuri for the said laudable
accomplishment. Likewise, Makati City Mayor Abigail Binay also issued
Commendation Letter on October 9. 2020.

3.) Led the successful police and rescue operation for Human Trafficking on
January 10, 2020 at a KTV Bar inside the Makati Palace Hotel located at
Burgos St., Barangay Poblacion, Makati City. The said operation resulted in
the arrest of the owner and filing of criminal case against him for Violation of R.A.
9208, as amended by R.A. 10364 before the Makati City Prosecutors Office.
Eleven (11) alleged female victim of trafficking were rescued and turned over to
Makati Social Welfare and Development.
4.) Led the successful simultaneous police and rescue operation in two (2)
prostitution dens along Casino Royal, Casino St., Barangay Palanan, Makati
City and Araro St., also in Barangay Palanan, Makati City on January 18,
2020. The police and rescue operation resulted to the arrest of four (4) suspects
for Human Trafficking and rescue of eighteen (18) female victim of trafficking.
Suspects were charged for Violation of R.A. 9208 as amended by R.A. 10364, with
NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.

5.) Led the successful police and rescue operation of prostitution den in
Golden Dragon, Evangelista St., Barangay Bangkal, Makati City on January
29, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of three (3) suspect for violation of
R.A. 10364 and rescue of nine (9) Chinese, one (1) Ukraine, one (1) Russian and
two (2) Vietnamese victims for Human Trafficking. Suspects were charged for
violation of R.A. 10364 before the Makati City Prosecutors Office with no bail
recommended.

6.) Acted as Team Leader of the raid conducted on May 26, 2020 at about
3:30 in the afternoon at an underground Chinese clinic and pharmacy catering
Covid19 patient located at Unit 501 to 506 , 5th Floor, New Lasema SPA, 8846
Sampaloc St., Barangay San Antonio, Makati City. The raid resulted in the arrest of
two (2) Chinese alleged doctors and confiscation of several Chinese medicines not
registered under FDA. Suspects were referred for Inquest at the Makati City
Prosecutors Office on May 28, 2020 for violations of R.A. 2382 (The Medical Act of
1959), R.A. 9711 (Food and Drug administration Act of 2009) and R.A. 11332
(Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health Events) and R.A. 11469
(Bayanihan to Heal as One Act).

8) On campaign against criminality from July 1, 2019 to March 15, 2020, the
following were listed as significant accomplishment:
1. Facilitate the recovery of fifteen (15) unit laptops and one (1) unit portable
hardisk from PTS GADGET PAWNSHOP which was stolen by Mr. Frudencio Moralda,
Service Provider employee of the DTI. Suspect Moralda pawned the laptops in the
pawnshop and later on surrendered by the pawnshop owner to the police after learning
that it was stolen. Mr. Ireneo V. Vizmonte, Undersecretary, DTI, sent a letter to the
former RD, NCRPO, PMAJ GENERAL GUILLERMO ELEAZAR for the excellent service
provided by the police.
