Division Work Plan for the year 2013

According to currently challenges and threats in the country, thegoal of this work
plan is to raise the awareness for all kinds of scenarios and take measures for
option of relevant act.

Objectives:

 To know the strategies of the enemy countries against the Republic of South
Sudan.

 To be aware for intelligence activities of armed militias by Khartoum


Government.

 To promote the relation with friendly security services.


 To control the deployment of the representative for GIB by identifying the
current needs in Republic of South Sudanat host countries.

 To provide and contribute to the technical supportfrom friendly countries.

 To be aware with the negative aspects of the foreigners at home and counter
their activities.

 To counter intentions and actions of individuals working against South


Sudan.

 To counter the scenarios of all enemies individuals and countries against


South Sudan.

General Goals

 To take part along with other institutions on issues of contested bordering to


Republic of South Sudan.

 To take a lead in Regional and International counter-terrorism with friendly


countries.

 To develop the protocol and ceremonies.

 To coordinate the training courses with other institutions/Divisions (ISB).

 To supervise the Performance of officers, NCOs and Men in their respective


Directorates.

 Goals :

1. To Emphasized the promotion of cooperation with counterpart in various


fields of intelligence
2. To establish the communication dialogues with UN security organizations
close to western countries in the areas of security and information sharing.
3. To enhance the capacity building forGIB members by coordinating
intelligence needs with friendly security organs and counterpart.
4. To establish the special join operation groups with counterpart in order to
build relating goals for the security services.

Goals:
