1. Visually inspect engine for any corrosions .

Findings : There is no corrosions

2. Visually inspect engine for any discrepancies .

Findings : There is a bending in a fan

3. Visually inspect engine for any sing of

leakage . Findings : The oil tank is in good
condition

4. Visually inspect engine for engine inlet (compressor) for any sing FOD.
Findings : There is bird strike patch In the compressor area

5. Visually inspect engine for engine exhaust and turbine any damage
Findings : There is a crack in nozzle area

6. Check engine rotor for freedom rotation.

Findings : The engine rotor’s rotation is good

7. Check for unusual engine noise during rotation shake & check
Findings : There is some noise during rotation because the bolt is not screwed properly

8. Check oil filter

Findings : The oil filter must be change

9. Record actual start reading if any

Findings : No, It’s safe

10. Check chips detector

Findings : There is many dust in the oil area

11. Ferry that the safety wire & paint marker has be applied (for shipped engine)for exit (for warranty required)
Findings : There is unplug safety wire in the fuel area

12. Visually Inspect for possibility of Hidden

Damage Findings : There is damage in shaft

13. Other findings : No
