1. BROCHURE

a) Function
The main function of a brochure is to provide information to the general public about a
product that will be offered in detail. In order to attract people's attention, generally
this brochure is made with an attractive design and also has clear contents.
More specifically, the functions of the brochure include the following:
To inform potential consumers related to the company or also the products or services
that will be offered.
As an advertising tool or promotional tool, which is attractive and also possible to
promote one or more products or services.
To maintain the same criteria and concept through all company brochures or products
or services owned.

b)       Generic Structure ( Struktur)


1)      Title: The name of products of service offered in brochure.
2)      Contain: The information given about the product or service offered in brochure.
3)      Contact person: Name, address, or phone number person to find out more
information about someting that’s offered in brochure.

Berisi: Informasi yang diberikan tentang produk atau layanan yang
ditawarkan dalam brosur
Contact person: Nama, alamat, atau nomor telepon orang untuk mengetahui informasi
lebih lanjut tentang sesuatu yang ditawarkan di brosur.)
c). Language Feature
 1. Title: the name of products or service offered in brochure.
 2.Contain: the information given about the products or service offered in brochure.
 3.Contact person: name, address, or phone number person to find out more
information about something that’s offered in brochure. Specific text: brochure usually
succinct in languange and eye-catching in design, and usually using a
headlines. Purpose: the purpose of brochure is to inform about products or services to
a target audience.
2. PAMPHLET

a) Function
This pamphlet-shaped literature has been used for centuries as an economic
driver and a means of distributing information quickly and widely, especially to
customers. Apart from that, the omo pamphlet has also become an important tool for
political protest and campaigning, for the same reason. The pamphlet can or can
become physical evidence of the history of human life, which is able to initiate or also
signify the changing times in a people's movement. This can or can be seen in the
collection of the Tamiment Library of New York University, then also in the New
York Public Library, as well as in the collection of Jo Labadie at the University of
Michigan, on American political history.

In its development, the pamphlet began to contain a variety of information, from


information on kitchen equipment to medicines, as well as the publication of scientific
research results. The form of the pamphlets itself is increasingly diverse. Pamphlets in
modern times are also considered as works of art and should be collected. There have
been or have been held pamphlet-making competitions, namely as a means of
expression and creation in all kinds of countries. In the world of advertising, this
pamphlet is one of the means of product promotion, then services, events, which is
effective, easy, and inexpensive, so that it is still used today.

pictures/illustrations.
