Answer
1. When one’s body is good condition of the body, mind and emotion are all parts of good
health that make or body alive.
2. Soul, mental state, and emotion are most important to our health. and for avoiding illness
is the foundation of good health.
3. Because exercise is another important part of the daily care of the body and exercise is
good to keep blood vessels open and it also keeps the muscles healthy.
4. Because exercise can be done anywhere at any time and whitout using money we can
also do it.
5. When the body is slepping. The scientist agree that this is the time when the cell of the
body recover from the work of the day and builds up supplies of energy for the next
period of activities

Answer
1. Regular exercise is another way to maintain good health. Regular exercise help improve
your physical health. Skeleton muscles become strong and firm through regular exercise.
Strengthening skeleton muscles can help a person maintain good posture and avoid
muscles strain and injury. Regular Physical activity also has beneficial effects of blood
and blood vessels.
2. Warning signal is your body lets you know when something is wrong.
3. Maintenance of good health is a personal responsibility.
4. Regular Physical check ups are part of health care. In doing check up, information are
requested about past and current health problems.
5. To get all the nutrients in the correct amount to maintain health
6. When a warning sign appears, you may need to see a physician to learn what is wrong.
7. The proper eating pattern is important in order to stay healthy because what you choose
to eat effect your health
