Ped Ac vity In this ac vity, students will download the
ago Kahoot app and use it to create their own
gy
prac ce test. In the Kahoot, students are
expected to create their own quiz with
pictures of triangles drawn by themselves.
They will then create ques ons based o of
the drawn triangles angles using mul ple
choice. Is the triangle right, obtuse, or acute.
Students will also have to create ques ons
based on the triangles sides. Is the triangle
scalene, isosceles or equilateral. Students
should then create ques ons that combine
the sides and angles. When nished,
students should take their prac ce test and
share it with other. In groups, students can
compete to see who knows their triangles
the best in each group members Kahoot.
Technology Kahoot! Play & Create Quizzes
Kahoot! is a game-based learning
platform, used as educational technology
in schools and at home. Its learning
games, "kahoots", are user-generated
multiple-choice quizzes that can be
accessed via a web browser or the
Kahoot app in the Apple App Store or
Google Play Store.

In this ac vity, students will collaborate in
groups of 3 or more. They will enter the
Evernote app or the web browser and create
“lecture notes.” The students will share one
document and create a study guide. The
study guide will contain a chart of names of
triangles. Students will be expected to come
up with names of triangles based on sides
and angles. They will also be expected to
come up with the combina ons as well.
Students will collaborate and create
de ni ons of each of the names triangles.
They will also create their own pictures of
said triangles and upload them to their
combined Evernote document. In the end,
students will have a completed study guide
for types of triangles.
Evernote
Evernote is an app designed for note
taking, organizing, task management,
and archiving. The app allows multiple
users to create notes, which can be text,
drawings, photographs, or audio.
