Re: Letter of Request to Enroll Tax I as a Tutorial Clas

Dear Dean Dimayuga,

Good day Sir! My name is Huey Ranz Krizza R. Calabines, 4 th year
student in College of Law - Perpetual Help Las Pinas. I am writing this letter
to express my thoughts regarding my subject. I am hoping this school year
(2020 – 2021) would be my last year in College of Law. However, I failed
one of my subjects, Taxation 1. Because of that, I need to retake this subject.
But when I tried to enroll it this semester, I found out that this subject is
conflict with my other two subjects, Labor Law Review and Political Law
Review.
For this reason, I would like to request to enroll Taxation 1 as a
Tutorial Class. I hope that you will allow me to do this. I don’t want to
sacrifice my other subjects because it will just cause too much delay to finish
my law school. Moreover, I asked Ma’am Jo regarding the tutorial fees. She
said that per unit costs Php 8,100 and since Taxation has 3 units it will cost
me Php 24,300. I am thinking that since we are in a crisis right now and our
school also decreased the rates of tuition fees maybe it is also possible to give
discount or maybe decrease the rate of tutorial fee per unit so that I can enroll
this subject.
I know that some of my classmates will request the same thing. I hope
Dean that you can help us regarding this matter.
