Subject: Late Modules Submission

Respected Ma’am/Sir,

I am writing to express my utmost sorrow for having submitted my modules many

days after the deadline due to sickness and personal problem. I’ve been having
a hard time linking up with my modules these past few days and in order for it to
be the best it can be, I could really use a little extra time to have the chance to
absorb lessons and answer the activities given.

I humbly request you to accept my modules notwithstanding the fact that I have
handed it in well past the deadline. I pray that you’ll give me the chance to
continue and get my unanswered modules last April 21, 2021. However, I will try
to be prompt in future with any activities, which needs submission on time. Kindly
accept my apologies.
