Benjamin Bloom Abraham Maslow
Bloom's Taxonomy- Classification Maslow's Hierarchy of needs- 5 tier
system used to define different levels model of human needs which are
of human cognition (tool box that Physiological needs , safety needs,
teacher or students can use to classify social needs, self esteem needs, and
or organize learning objectives) self actualization (greet each student,
classroom orientation, lamps,desk

Why I believe/ How it helps students learning
Benjamin Bloom
*I believe in blooms because good students learn better by asking questions
and challenging themselves to think deeper into the lessons they are learning.
It encourages students to use higher order thinking.
*Let the students lead, Allows teachers to reach students where they are to
close gaps, incorporates technology, encourages use of project based learning,
Abraham Maslow
*I believe in Maslow's because without Maslow's you won't Bloom. Students'
basic needs must be accomplished before they can engage in learning.
*it removes barriers to learning, it motivates students, promotes engagement,
helps student understand their strengths and weaknesses
What the classroom looks like

-I want my classroom to
be differentiated with
different kinds of seating
places for one on one, and
small groups
What to do in the classroom
-I want to have a learning system that everyone feels
comfortable and safe in.
-I want to do group actives and stations
-I want to engage all students and make them wanna learn
Personality test
According to my 16 personalities self-assessment, my 4 personality traits
are Extraverted, Observant, Feeling, and Judging. As an extravert, I am
sociable and outgoing. I like communicating with others to gather
information. Me being observant lets me see the big picture of everything,
as well as see the ways people do things differently. I can take more than
one perspective which causes me to be more compassionate to the needs
of others. A lot of what I do is based on my feelings of wanting to help
others. Creating order, security, and stability are all important to me. These
traits make me a “ideal teacher” by being a great communicator, loyal, and
organized.
Goals My goal is to have an
impact in students' lives,
and help them increase
their full learning potential. I
can do that by closing gaps
in student skills and adding
to their skill sets. I want
them to know that there is
someone there for support.
