GUIDELINES FOR ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES

Good day my dear students! 

We had a great and interactive class discussion today.

I'm grateful for all the efforts and eagerness you keep on exerting during our synchronous classes.
Please keep your passion and great love for learning.

Relative to this, I'm pleased to remind you of your next ASYNCHRONOUS ACTIVITY in Oral
Communication.

It will be available tomorrow, February 2, 2021, Tuesday at exactly 7:00 in the morning and will last until
8:00 in the morning.

The following are the guidelines to follow for your ASYNCHRONOUS ACTIVITY :

1. Please log - in your VLE account 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

2. Please do not forget to pray the OPENING PRAYER before proceeding to the your ASYNCHRONOUS
ACTIVITY for the day.

Here is the OPENING PRAYER:

"Heavenly Father, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by
the same spirit that we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolation. All of these we pray in Jesus
name. Amen."

3. Zoom Application will not be used as it is an ASYNCHRONOUS ACTIVITY.

4. ATTENDANCE will be checked based from your log – in activities. Please manage your time properly.

5. The ASYNCHRONOUS ACTIVITY is accessible at the" MATERIAL MENU" at exactly 7:00 a. m. It is titled
as "Oral Communication-Quarter 2-Activity 3".

6. Please check the availability, time limit or time frame of the said activity so that you will accomplish it
properly.

7. All the instructions are clearly stated on the description menu. Please read them carefully and make
sure to follow them faithfully.

8. Make sure your activity is done on or before the scheduled time or within the time frame.

9. After finishing the activity, please double check it before submitting.

10. Any concerns must be addressed to me properly.

11. After completing the entire activities for the day, please do not forget to pray the CLOSING PRAYER.
Here is the CLOSING PRAYER:

"We give you thanks Almighty Father through your son Jesus Christ for all the benefits you have given us
to you who live and reign forever and ever. Amen."

Please be guided by my instructions.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR EXAM SCHEDULE

Good day my dear SHS students :)

We have welcomed the New Year 2021 with great hopes, positive minds and with our hearts full of zeal
towards this "New Normal in Education". I have continuously appreciating your perseverance towards
learning. Your efforts and dedication towards acquiring the necessary competencies for this subject are
still well - appreciated.

Relative to this and as part of continuous assessment of students’ competencies acquired from the
lessons discussed during the FIRST MONTH OF OUR SECOND QUARTER PERIOD, Please BE INFORMED
that your THIRD MONTHLY EXAMINATION IN DISCIPLINES AND IDEAS IN THE SOCIAL SCIENCES is
SCHEDULED next week, January 27,2021, Wednesday at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon until 2:00 o' clock
in the afternoon.

Also, please be informed that ALL SYNCHRONOUS CLASSES are SUSPENDED and there will be NO OTHER
ACTIVITIES TO ACCOMPLISH during your OTHER CLASS SCHEDULE NEXT WEEK to give way to the THIRD
MONTHLY EXAMINATION.

Kindly make the NECESSARY PREPARATIONS in relation with the said examination.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS, GUIDELINES AND REMINDERS on your THIRD MONTHLY EXAMINATION will
be posted on our VLE classroom.

GUIDELINES FOR TAKING THE EXAM

Good day my dear SHS students!

I'm pleased to REMIND you of the IMPORTANT GUIDELINES to follow during your THIRD MONTHLY
EXAMINATION in DISCIPLINES AND IDEAS IN THE SOCIAL SCIENCES that is SCHEDULED tomorrow,
January 27, 2021 (Wednesday) at 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p. m.

The GUIDELINES are as follows:

1. Please log - in your VLE account 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled time.

2. Please do not forget to PRAY the OPENING PRAYER before proceeding to the exam. Always remember
that we must ask God's guidance as He will bestow us with wisdom in accomplishing important activities
like exam.

Here is the OPENING PRAYER :

3. Since you are REMINDED to LOG-IN 15 minutes BEFORE the exam schedule, kindly use this time to
READ CAREFULLY all the IMPORTANT GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS in taking the exam.

4. Please be reminded that YOU ARE TO TAKE YOUR EXAM ON OUR VLE CLASSROOM. You will NOT BE
REQUIRED to use your ZOOM APP during the exam. However, UTMOST INTEGRITY AND HONESTY SHALL
BE OBSERVED at all times.

5. ATTENDANCE will still be checked based from your log – in activities. Your activities during the time
frame of the examination are strictly monitored as I will serve as your exam proctor.

6. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection before proceeding to the test. Please be
reminded that you ONLY have ONE ATTEMPT in taking the THIRD MONTHLY EXAMINATION.

7. THIRD MONTHLY EXAMINATION will be found at the "MATERIAL MENU". It is titled as "QUARTER 2-
THIRD MONTHLY EXAMINATION IN DISCIPLINES AND IDEAS IN THE SOCIAL SCIENCES”.

8. Your exam is accessible at EXACTLY 1:00 in the AFTERNOON. You will be given 60 MINUTES ONLY to
FINISH your exam. Please manage your time properly and use it wisely.

9. Please avoid reloading the ACTS-VLE website once you start your attempt on the test.

10. All the instructions are clearly stated on the description menu and on the discussion. Please read
them carefully and make sure to follow them faithfully.

11. Make sure your EXAM is DONE ON or BEFORE the SCHEDULED time or within the time frame.
12. Please practice HONESTY and INTEGRITY as you answer the test. Always remember that "GOD IS
WATCHING YOU in everything that you do."

13. After answering all the questions of the exam, please DOUBLE CHECK and REVIEW all your answers
BEFORE submitting.

14. Any CONCERNS must be addressed to me properly.

15. After answering the THIRD MONTHLY EXAMINATION, please do not forget to PRAY the CLOSING
PRAYER to thank God for the guidance and wisdom.
